参数

type - Type.SECRET，Type.PUBLIC或Type.PRIVATE

algorithm - 从Key.getAlgorithm()返回的 Key.getAlgorithm()

format - 从 Key.getFormat()返回的编码格式

encoded - 从 Key.getEncoded()返回的编码字节

此方法支持三种类型/格式组合：

• Type.SECRET /“RAW” - 返回使用编码的关键字节和算法构造的SecretKeySpec对象
• Type.PUBLIC /“X.509” - 获取密钥算法的KeyFactory实例，用编码的密钥字节构建一个X509EncodedKeySpec，并从规范中生成一个公钥
• Type.PRIVATE /“PKCS＃8” - 获取密钥算法的KeyFactory实例，用编码的密钥字节构建一个PKCS8EncodedKeySpec，并从规范中生成一个私钥
